lol
and they say college athletics arent a business, HA!

::the link doesnt lead to a story about the black unis though, its back to that article about eight games and how to get fans to come::

as for the black unis, initially i was disgusted and immediately think of how MY new york mets have done and continue to do the same thing, BUT if the unis are black and streamline, aka Oregon Ducks style (i hope its not the black #3 jerseys they sell at Sports Fanatic) AND they wear BLACK Helmets "DOUBTFUL" it may not look so bad, and i HATE the color black and avoid it at all costs, of course if they lose, none of this will matter

i dont know if its over my head or what but . . .
this "Unconquered" slogan, what exactly is this supposed to be saying?  I mean we've been beaten at home, this could be an ignorant statement, but I dont see any indian tribes thriving?  i mean what is the point of the slogan?  and i think the biggest LAUGH of it all is that our mascot who is an Indian on a horse, is a white guy painted to look like an indian .......

i dont know maybe i have this all wrong, someone set me straight

Try cracking open a history book. "Unconquered" is a slogan associated with the Seminole Nation, which never signed a treaty with the United States, and still hasn't to this day.

Black
Wearing black? Are they attending a funeral commemorating the death of their offense?
