Defensive lineman Richard Ash (Pahokee, Fla./Pahokee) is in the double-digits as far as scholarship offers are concerned and plans to visit Florida State unofficially next week.
On Monday, coaches from Florida, Florida State, Miami and Oregon were at Pahokee High to check on Ash and the other prospects there.
The Seminoles have offered, along with Florida, Tennessee, West Virginia, Ole Miss, Minnesota, Purdue and others. The 6-3, 260-pounder said that he currently is wide open. He is believed to be favoring staying in-state and playing at Florida at this time.
Lots of rumblings surrounding Florida commitment Demar Dorsey opening his recruitment back up. With the public commitment of Jaylen Watkins this seems like it will happen. I'm being told Miami, Tennessee, and FSU are all in play along w/ Florida."
I love this. Apparently Tennessee is negatively recruiting UF really hard. Make them do our dirty work and reap the reward.
Dorsey is a raw athlete, but if he can put it together, he has Cromartie like potential at CB. Others like him as a FS. This will be a fight. Film here.
