If [jumping to the Big 12] is what's best for Florida State, then that's what we need to do. -- Coach Jimbo Fisher
FSU was a trendy pick to compete for a national title last season, and by and large it failed to meet expectations. Fisher is a talented offensive coach, but the Seminoles’ porous offensive line and invisible running game have to reflect on him. Then again, the Noles are trendy again, aren’t they? Anything less than an Atlantic Division title in 2012 will be an (yet another) absolute failure for the program. Link to list is at the bottom of the page...

Go halfway down the page. The middle column has a "Radio" box. Jimbo's interview is the second interview under Beano Cook's interview (about the Arkansas radio announcer that lost her job for wearing a UF hat). Jimbo talks Ponder, the loss of McCray and Fortson, JaMarcus Russell, the early Oklahoma game.
Personally, I'd rather see Miami and South Florida be the Sunshine State risers of the 2010s, because we recruit against the 'Canes and Bulls less frequently than against the 'Noles, but personnel upgrades at Florida State are, on balance, good for the 'Dawgs, since every four- or five-star Floridian who ends up in Tallahassee is a four- or five-star Floridian we won't wind up facing in Jacksonville. Go 'Dawgs!
Discusses Fisher's first staff meeting. Quote on recruiting: "The big guys are a priority," Fisher told his assistants. "We have to change ourselves on the defensive line, and our offensive linemen are getting older. We need grown-ass men."
