Maryland-FSU Kickoff Time...

They haven't set the actual time yet but ABC/ESPN has reserved the following:

ABC at 3:30 p.m.
ESPN2 at 7 p.m.
ESPN at 7:45

I would gather it'll be the 3:30 time. That's a road game in College Park.
