There's a story on De'Cody Fagg doing the usual promise of stepping up this season. When it comes to natural ability he's the best receiver on the roster (and we'll breakdown this team position-by-position starting tomorrow).
Fagg is almost as tall as Carr (listed at 6'4 so I'll say 6'2.5) and he's about 210 pounds, he also runs a strong 4.5, which means only Davis is faster.
His problem has been injuries. He needs a healthy season, he's a big part of the passing game and without him out there, it's a noticable drop off because his backup, Joslin Shaw, isn't the same type of vertical threat.
