Florida State football film review: N.C. State 3rd quarter

Florida State's offense came out after the half and played like garbage. Fisher was right in that the players were there to be made in the third quarter. The defense, on the other hand, was slow to adjust to N.C. State's crossers, and did not wall them off well.

Both defenders to the boundary are close to the line and have inside leverage. You've got to check out of this play. A go route to Rodney would be an easy touchdown. However, Smith needs to fight better and do whatever it takes to at least make sure this is an incompletion.
