This is not a power poll. I don't attempt to rank teams based on how good I think they are. I only rank teams based on their resume. What have they done? Not how talented are their players or what other polls project them to do, but what have they done? The poll is designed to be dynamic. I try to start from scratch every week.
Notes: What a weekend. Notre Dame needed one of the top 2 teams to lose to get to the BCS title game. They get double their wish as the top two are taken down. Kansas State had a terrible run in with bears and Oregon was taken down by some furious trees. USC is finally out of the poll with 4 losses. Mississippi State gets back in along with Kent State and Northwestern because picking the last 4 or 5 teams at this point is getting ridiculous.
