Florida State had the week off. But an LSU loss made room for a little bit of movement in the top 10. Alabama pulled out a last minute win against LSU. Oregon beat USC in a good ol' fashioned Pac-12 video game shootout. Oklahoma State put up a fight against Kansas State. Despite losing Collin Klein to injury, the Wildcats held on for the win. Georgia was in trouble for about a quarter against Ol' Miss before putting them away in the third. Notre Dame needed triple overtime to beat now 4-5 Pitt.

Clemson remains the only other ranked ACC team at 8. They beat down Duke, snapping the Blue Devils' short lived home unbeaten streak.

For Florida State to move up next week, they will have to rely on upsets. However, for now, rankings are not important to FSU. Winning the conference is. Clemson is looking very good down the stretch. Chances the Tigers lose to either Maryland or NC State are slim. That means FSU's games against Virginia Tech and Maryland are must wins. The quest for the ACC crown continues Thursday night in Blacksburg, VA.

We'll update this story with the BCS rankings when they are released. See the full Coaches Poll here.

Update: The 'Noles drop one spot to 10 in the BCS rankings. There are now two SEC teams, LSU and South Carolina, in front of the 'Noles with two losses each. Undefeated Louisville makes the jump to number 9 in front of FSU.
