I received a number of requests during the season to increase the amount of X's and O's. So I'll be doing more of these, and by the time the season begins you should be conversant in Leonard Hamilton's system.
In this video I break down a play to illustrate one of the key aspects of his defense, which is extending the half court pressure out to 35-40' away from the basket. That sort of pressure, when executed (which is very difficult), makes it difficult for offenses to get into their plays, and leads to poor shots, bad decisions, and shot clock violations.
