'Nole fans know the situation. It is unlikely that FSU will be able to hold on to the second place ranking. Confirmation bias is difficult to overcome. With a win over Stanford, the next BCS ranking will likely drop the 'Noles to third. Of course, in the last year of the BCS, the second ranking is kinda important. You know, National Championship at stake and what not.
For Oregon to keep FSU out of the title, they'll have to go undefeated. Tonight, the Ducks face a major hurdle. Last year, Stanford upended Oregon's title hopes. Can they do it again? Oregon opened as a 9.5 favorite. Money has moved the line to Ducks -10.5.
