The Florida State Seminoles finished up preparation for Saturday's game against visiting Notre Dame.
Mario Pender was again in a boot and not dressed out, joining Markus Eligwe, Austin Barron and Sean Maguire. Mavin Saunders was also a part of that group.
Matthew Thomas spent the majority of his time next to Terrance Smith during linebacker drills, as well as time with the first team kick coverage and kick return squads. Thomas not yet in No. 7, but as Bud posted, we expect that to be the case.

Ryan Green was also getting work as a second team kick returner next to Travis Rudolph. Here's a clip of the kick coverage team getting down field.
Derrick Mitchell, who is expected to make his return on Saturday according to Jimbo Fisher, spent time working next to Eddie Goldman, a spot that has been filled by Justin Shanks during Mitchell's absence.
Jimbo Fisher will speak with the media following Thursday's practice.
