Florida State football, recruiting news 10/2

Grant Halverson

-Jared Shanker of ESPN writes that Jalen Ramsey has been filling the void left by Lamarcus Joyner nicely for the Noles. Ramsey is second on the team in tackles with 36, including a team high four for loss.

-More from Shanker as says Jameis Winston is improving upon his numbers from the record setting 2013 season. Winston has been great for FSU this season, although I'd like to see him cut down on forcing a few throws that have resulted in four interceptions early this season.

-Brendan Sonnone of the Orlando Sentinel writes that FSU is hard at work fixing its tackling problem that plagued them against NC State.

-Blogger So Dear looks at the talent discrepancy between the Noles and Deacs. It's quite wide to say the least.

-Dan Collins of the Winston Salem Journal writes that WF Head Coach Dave Clawson say the Deacons are giving their best on offense, despite being terrible.
