Here's a lunchtime edition of Noles News and it starts with some recruiting news:
-Four star tight end Isaac Nauta (6-5, 240) is committing today and many expect that decision to be Florida State. Nauta is the #1 ranked TE in the 2016 class and would be a major haul for Florida State. Malik Henry to Isaac Nauta could be as deadly as Winston to O'Leary. Here are some highlights to enjoy of Nauta:
-Tim Linafelt of Seminoles.com writes that Florida State is getting back to its fundamentals for the first week of practice as it begins to prepare for the Oregon Ducks. The Noles will need to be sharp on the basics, especially on defense, against a potent Ducks offense designed to break discipline.
-David Hale at ESPN lists the ACC's Heisman hopefuls for 2016. Could Dalvin Cook or Jalen Ramsey win the Heisman? Interesting list of players with some immense talent.
-Brendan Sonnone of the Orlando Sentinel writes that both Oregon and Florida State have relied on freshmen superstars to make their offenses what they are. Cook and Freeman have been spectacular all season and will be fun to watch in the Rose Bowl.
-Lastly here is great highlight video of what Nate Andrews has done thus far in 2014 for the Seminoles. Nice work done by FSU grad Jeremy Kong:
