ESPN draft analysts have Jameis Winston falling all the way to No. 2 overall due to off-field questions

Todd McShay of ESPN has Winston dropping all the way to the No. 2 overall pick behind Marcus Mariota due to off-field concerns. McShay agreed that if Winston did not have off-field issues, he would be the No. 1 overall pick.

Then ESPN had on its other draft analyst, Mel Kiper, Jr. who echoed the same thoughts -- that Winston is the best QB available, etc.
