-Ryan Kelly of Sports Talk Florida writes that this Florida State team must blaze its own trail in 2014. Really like this take on the Noles amidst all the other "hot takes".

-Jared Shanker writes that Florida State isn't worried about its ranking in the polls.

-Brendan Sonnone says FSU may be flawed, but show tremendous fight and resiliency as a team.

-While computers won't determine who plays for the National Title any longer, I think it's still interesting to see where the Noles would stand in them this season. Take a look.

-Tim Linafelt of the Miami Herald writes that Jameis Winston relished his return to the Seminole team Saturday.

-Joe Giglio writes that NC State hopes to learn from its tough loss to Florida State and turn it into wins against the rest of the ACC. After Saturday, I think the Wolfpack have a real chance to win a lot of games in this conference. I could see NC State winning the rest of its schedule other than next week at Clemson, especially if they improve on defense.

Side Note:

-In addition to TN, I am now a student correspondent for ESPNU here at Florida State. Here is my first feature I did for them. Expect some football content to come in the future.
