Florida State basketball just completed a massively important recruiting weekend. The three committed players were in town (Trent Forrest, CJ Walker, and Jonathan Isaac), as well as 5* recruit Dewan Huell and elite big man Udoka Azubuike.
The recruits, as expected, bonded well throughout the weekend. All of them already know each other. Jonathan Isaac and Dewan Huell are close, and Trent Forrest and Udoka Azubuike were AAU teammates.

Dewan Huell will now take a visit to South Carolina, which is an Under Armour school. He was invited late to this summer's Under Armour 24. He has stated previously that he would announce in the spring, but I won't be surprised if this changes.
Udoka Azubuike's recruitment is very quiet. No one knew until just a few days prior that he was taking a visit to North Carolina State, and his visit to FSU played out the same way.
The three commits are all firm, though there is a bit of a question with Jonathan Isaac. In short, he's now considered a post-grad at IMG, which means he'll be eligible for next year's NBA draft. In an interview with Draft Express, he stated that he wanted to attend college.
With Florida State seemingly all-in for theses recruits, expect that recruiting will be very quiet unless Huell and Azubuike inform the staff that they will be committing elsewhere.
In the meantime, FSU will get ready for the season. You can check out Dwayne Bacon, Malik Beasley, Xavier Rathan-Mayes and the rest of the squad this friday at the #JamWithHam. Tomahawk Nation's Matt Minnick will also be attending several team practices this fall.
