Florida State football, recruiting news: Top FSU target decommits from UCLA

FBS opponents are completing 62.4 percent of their passes, 86th in the country. With the average inflated by eight runs of 20 yards or more, they're also averaging 5.01 yards per rush against FBS teams, tied for 98th in the country.

Tech has a 2-1 record against top-10 teams at home in Johnson's tenure, with wins over No. 4 Virginia Tech in 2009 and No. 6 Clemson in 2011 with the loss against No. 10 Virginia Tech, also in 2011. Prior to Johnson's arrival, Tech was 2-21-2 against top-10 teams at home.

Dominant defensive end recruit Oluwole Betiku has decommitted from UCLA. Betiku visited FSU for the Miami game and is being recruited by Tim Brewster.

Florida State currently has several edge rushers committed but only one who could play the strong-side with length, Janarius Robinson.
