Beginning at 10:40 AM EST, Jimbo Fisher will be a guest on the weekly ACC Teleconference for approximately ten minutes.
With Dalvin Cook missing a second straight practice on Tuesday, quarterback Everett Golson worked extensively with Johnathan Vickers. Fisher will hopefully give a health report on injured Noles Mario Pender, Terrance Smith, and Nate Andrews.
The Florida State defense will be taking on their toughest matchup all year with a Miami offense averaging over 460 yards of offense. It is yet to be said if any of the defensive schematics are being shifted to contain the Hurricane's surging offense, but that may be addressed during the teleconference.
During his press conference on Monday, coach Fisher expressed his desire to get more of the running backs involved in the game, putting his trust and confidence into them. Last week after Dalvin Cook left due to injury in the first quarter, the Seminoles had only 35 rushing yards for the rest of the game.
Florida State will host Miami this Saturday beginning at 8:00 PM EST.
