Following a 52-13 victory over Chattanooga, Florida State Football head coach Jimbo Fisher will hold his weekly press conference at 1 PM EST on Monday.
The 52 points scored were the second highest of the season as the offense kept on rolling against a Chattanooga team that was ranked eighth in the FCS. In total, 69 different players participated in the game, including four quarterbacks and twelve wide receivers with George Campbell sitting out due to a bone bruise. Sean Maguire finished his efficient day with 152 passing yards and two touchdowns before being pulled early in the third quarter. Dalvin Cook added 106 yards and two touchdowns on the ground while Kermit Whitfield added two more touchdowns through the air.
The rushing defense of FSU once again shut down a very run-heavy team, limiting them to well under their season average. Lamarcus Brutus and Tyler Hunter both added a turnover in the first two plays by Chattanooga in the second half, leading to FSU scores, and changing the momentum of the game. The 'Noles have yet to give up more than 25 points all season.
Tomahawk Nation will be providing live updates of the press conference in the comments section below.
