Florida State football released contract info for its nine assistant coaches Thursday in response to a public records request made by multiple media outlets. The nine assistants all received raises as part of Jimbo Fisher's contract extension.
The assistants (Rick Trickett, Lawrence Dawsey, Odell Haggins, Jay Graham, Randy Sanders, Charles Kelly, Bill Miller, Brad Lawing and Tim Brewster) are set to make $4,264,000 in 2015, up 26 percent from 2014.
The biggest raises went to Tim Brewster, who landed yet another elite recruiting class for the Seminoles, and Lawrence Dawsey, who continued to strengthen Florida State's recruiting in the Tampa area -- long a stronghold of the rival Florida Gators.
Jimbo Fisher is signed through 2022 with a contract that pays him $5 million in 2015 and an average of $5.35 million through the 2022 season. Fisher is 58-11 as head coach of the Seminoles, turning the program around and winning four division titles, three conference titles, and a National Title in 2013.
Tomahawk Nation staff will keep this tracker updated as needed. It is current through May of 2015.
