Florida State football is welcoming more than 40 four- and five-star recruits to Tallahassee this week as part of the July session of the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp.
One such player is Bruce Judson, a 2017 four-star athlete out of Cocoa (Fla.). Judson stands just 5'9, 193, but is one of the best football players in the state, capable of playing a variety of positions, including quarterback, receiver and defensive back. Johnson has been committed to Ohio State since January.
Thursday, he worked out at WR for the Seminoles, who are recruiting him at QB, too.
"What a great place to be. Had a great time at Florida State today. Learned a lot and competed with the best," Judson tweeted.
Judson says he does not have a preferred position for college, but does have a favorite.
"Wherever I can help my team out to win and play when I first get there," he said. "But I like QB. I like to run the show."
How strong is Bruce's commitment to Ohio State after the visit to Tallahassee?
"I'm solid, but Florida State's got my eye a lot now," Judson said.
After FSU camp, Judson plans to attend Georgia's "Dawg Night" camp, while visiting Auburn the following day. He also plans to get up to Ohio State July 23-26 for an extended visit to the defending National Champions.
