Playoffs races are in the final stretch as we near the end of the season. All of the Noles in the MLB are still involved in some sort of playoff race, and each game has higher implications than the last. In injury news, Devon Travis was transferred to the 60-day disabled list, and will most likely miss the remainder of the season. Here's the full rundown from this past week.
Sean Gilmartin RP New York Mets (First in NL East +9.5GB):
Gilmartin has not pitched this week, enjoying his time watching the Mets go up 9.5 games in the NL East.

Randy Choate RP St. Louis Cardinals (First in NL Central +2.5GB):
Choate had a nice week, pitching 1 2/3 scoreless innings, only giving up two base runners while striking out three. He has only allowed one run since August 1st.

Shane Robinson OF Minnesota Twins (Second in AL Cental 10.5GB; 1.0 GB of Wild Card):
Just as Sean Gilmartin, Robinson did not see any game action this week.

Buster Posey C San Fransisco Giants (Second in NL West 7.5GB, 9.5GB of Wild Card):
Posey continues to be red hot, going 8-18 (through the third inning on Saturday) with a home run (The 100th of his career), three RBIs and four walks. Posey has recorded at least one hit in 11 of his last 12 games, and is hitting .438 in September.

Stephen Drew 2B New York Yankees (Second in AL East 4.5GB, +2.5GB in Wild Card):
Drew finally got his average over .200 for the first time since the season started. He had yet, another off week, going 2-16 this week.
