Jimbo Fisher ACC Teleconference Updates

Beginning at 10:40 AM EST, Florida State Seminoles head coach Jimbo Fisher will be on the weekly ACC Teleconference for approximately ten minutes.

During his press conference on Monday, coach Fisher had a lot to say, including that current backup Sean Maguire was improving every day, insinuating a quarterback controversy may be brewing. Although Everett Golson has yet to throw an interception, he has not made a big impact as of late, and according to Jimbo Fisher, is still, "Progressing well," which tells that he has yet to master the playbook four weeks into the season.

Much needed help was given to the struggling offensive line as Cole Minshew and Chad Mavety both returned to practice on Monday. Although both of them did not practice on Tuesday, we may get a status on them coming into the Wake Forest game. A health update should hopefully be provided for running backs Dalvin Cook and Mario Pender, however their workloads may be minimized as coach Fisher expressed his desire to give reps as well to fellow backs Jacques Patrick and Johnathan Vickers.
