On Saturday, Florida State will have its toughest home game of the season thus far, and the first under the lights when the Clemson Tigers come in to town.
Clemson, fresh off a bye-week, is the only undefeated ACC team left at 7-0. Although the team barley made it through its last game vs. NC State, when the Wolfpack kicker missed a chip-shot as time expired, the Tigers are no joke. They rank No. 35 in the nation in total offense and No. 8 in total defense. The ‘Noles rank No. 26 and No. 55 in those categories respectively.
Florida State also had a bye week, and will enter the matchup at 5-2, ranked No. 12 in the nation. A win will make the ‘Noles bowl eligible for the 35th straight year.
