Football:

Auden Tate had his best game as a Seminole and promptly received an ESPN helmet sticker for it.

It seems as if a different FSU receiver has risen to the occasion in each of the last several weeks. Friday it was Tate’s turn, as he caught six passes for 101 yards and two touchdowns in a victory over Boston College.

With the losses of both North Carolina & Virginia Tech, Florida State rose to No. 3 in ESPN’s ACC Power Rankings while also rising four spots in ESPN’s overall Power Rankings.

Florida State also rose 3 spots each in both the Coaches & the AP Poll; you’ll have to wait until Tuesday to find out where they fall in the College Football Playoff Rankings.
