When Florida State RB Dalvin Cook ran for 153 yards in the victory over Florida, it could have been the last time the junior steps on the field at Doak Campbell Stadium.
After the game, Cook was asked about his future plans, and if he had made any type of decision already. He declined to speak about the topic.
The running back already scattered in the FSU record books broke Greg Allen’s record for most rushing touchdowns in Florida State history, extending his legacy at the school.
During the end of the game, the fans at Doak were chanting Cook’s name, and the Miami native heard them.
“That is the kind of fans that we have, when you do great things for this program they will reward you. It was a great thing out there and I just embraced the whole moment.”
