Sights from Florida State’s huge rivalry victory over Florida

A look at what happened on the field following the FSU victory over UF

On Saturday night, Florida State football defeated Florida for the fourth consecutive season. Following the game, ‘Noles players were showing their excitement both on and off the field, when some of the FSU players jumped into the crowd, continuing the celebration with fellow students.

It was a scene full of emotion, as evident from the pictures, that the ‘Noles were taking all in. It is the first time in school history that a graduating class has defeated both UM and UF four consecutive times.

The home game could very well be the last of Dalvin Cook’s at Doak Campbell Stadium who is presumed to declare for the 2017 NFL draft following the season, leaving school a year early.

Florida State now will wait and see where it winds up in a bowl game, which could very well be a New Years Six bowl with the Kentucky victory over Louisville earlier on Saturday.
