Miami Central wide receiver Carmoni Green talks FSU Junior Day visit

Green was one of two recruits from Miami Central HS at FSU's first Junior Day of 2016.

Carmoni Green, a 6'1, 190 pound athlete in the 2017 recruiting class, was one of two Miami Central High School players who made the trek to Tallahassee for Junior Day, along with James Cook, the brother of Dalvin Cook.

Green is rated as a three-star prospect according to the 247Sports composite rankings and is the No. 133 ranked wide receiver in the 2017 class. He holds three offers from FBS programs in Oregon State, Florida International, and Florida Atlantic. During the course of Junior Day in Tallahassee, he did sit down with Jimbo Fisher, Lawrence Dawsey, and Tim Brewster and primarily discussed being used on offense but did not receive an offer from the Seminoles.

When asked about his future plans, he stated that he plans to visit the University of Florida next weekend and is planning a return trip to Florida State during his upcoming spring break in a few weeks.
