They've had their Seminole gear for a while, as they underwent Fourth-Quarter Drills in preparation for spring practice in Tallahassee. But at the first 'Nole spring practice today, we finally got a look at which jersey numbers the 2016 early enrollees will wear in the upcoming season.
On the offensive side of the ball, quarterback Malik Henry (6-2, 185), most recently of Inglewood, CA, was clad in the garnet and gold #6. Offensive lineman Andrew Boselli (6-4, 303), the son of future NFL Hall of Famer Tony Boselli, sported #60.
As far as defensive players go, promising linebacker Josh Brown (6-2, 217) of Charlotte, NC will wear the #51. Tallahassee native Cedric Wood (6-3, 309), who played his high school ball at Godby High School, donned the #49 jersey, and fellow DT and community college transfer Walvenski Aime (6-4, 289) is your newest #94. Panama City, FL defensive end Janarius Robinson (6-5, 244) will not participate in spring ball, but when he does see action, it'll be with the #11 on his back.
And as far as the lone early enrollee specialist goes, kicker Ricky Aguayo (6-1, 198), of Mascotte, FL and IMG Academy, the younger brother of FSU great Roberto Aguayo, will sport the #23 jersey this season for the Seminoles.
Some returning players have changed numbers as well. Cornerback Tarvarus McFadden will wear #4, fellow DB Marcus Lewis has switched to #24, and Rick Leonard, who has moved from DE to RT, is now #76.
