Football

- Last night, the Miami Hurricanes official website got busted for using a badly-photoshopped picture of a packed Sun Life Stadium that was from a Miami Dolphins to promote a false environment at UM games.

- Phil Steele calculated which schools have the toughest 2016 schedule and the news, although unsurprising, is not good for Florida State.

- Steven Godfrey of SB Nation writes on the fascinating alternative to a spring game that Arizona head coach Rich Rodriguez implemented this summer.

Recruiting

A pair of FSU commits and high school teammates, Cory Durden and Ja'len Parks, both received their invites to The Opening at this weekend's regional in Atlanta.

2018 running back Lorenzo Lingard highlighted a long list of recruits that visited Florida State this past weekend.

Alumni

- Dez Bryant, wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys, openly declared that he would take Jalen Ramsey with the Cowboys' No. 4 draft pick if he was the GM. Unfortunately for Bryant, it seems more evident each day that Ramsey could very well not be on the board when the Cowboys are on the clock on draft day.

Other Sports

The Florida State baseball team traveled north to take on Pittsburgh in its first weekend road series of the 2016 season, winning two of three games against the Panthers.

The FSU women's basketball team won its NCAA Tournament opener against Middle Tennessee State on Saturday. The Seminoles next go up against the Texas A&M Aggies tonight at 6:30 on ESPN2.
