- Jared Shanker of ESPN writes on the continuing emergence that Travis Rudolph has had this offseason.

As spring practice nears its end Saturday, Rudolph has emerged from some of the heartbreak in 2015 to become a standout player. He's preached consistency as one of his biggest goals for the upcoming season, and through the spring he's been mostly immune to Fisher's frustrations. Covering Rudolph has become the toughest assignment for his teammates, star safety Derwin James said.

- Shanker also followed this up by labeling Rudolph as his breakout star of spring football for the Seminoles.

Florida State tight end Ryan Izzo is also aiming to becoming more of a leader this upcoming year, as told by Safid Deen, FSU beat writer for the Tallahassee Democrat.
