Florida State football, recruiting news: UF's Callaway still suspended

Football:

University of Florida receiver Antonio Callaway is still suspended, and according to Jim McElwain, is not enrolled at the school. Callaway is currently suspended due to a violation of Florida's student conduct code and his return is unknown.

Florida State announced a three game ticket pack for the upcoming season.

As of right now, the renovation construction happening at Doak Campbell Stadium right now is on schedule to be completed before the 2016 FSU Football season as they continue work on the project six days a week. The first home game for Florida State is scheduled for September 10th against Charleston Southern.

Jim Harbaugh threw some shade at Alabama head coach Nick Saban following his remarks on satellite camps. Michigan just hosted one of those camps in Florida this spring.

NFL:

Scott Smith of Bucaneers.com highlighted Javien Elliott's improbably journey from walk-on to getting a shot in the NFL. Less than a year ago, Elliott was a walk-on defensive back at Florida State before having an impactful performance in 2015 for FSU, landing him in Tampa as an undrafted free agent.

The NFL Total Access crew debated which young QB would take it to the next level in 2017, and Tampa Bay QB Jameis Winston was included in the discussion. Michael Robinson praises his attitude on the field, while uplifting everyone on the field via his enthusiasm.

Recruiting:

Florida State offer, five-star QB Tate Martell and the No. 1 dual-threat QB in the nation according to 247, released his top 7 list which did not include Florida State, but does include Miami.

Five-star 'hoops recruit Jonathan Isaac seems excited to be coming to Florida State soon.

Other Sports:

Florida State softball arrived in Oklahoma City today for the Women's College World Series. They begin their World Series play tomorrow at 12 PM against Georgia.
