Marvin Wilson, 2017 No. 1 defensive tackle and No. 3 overall player in the country according to 247 Sports composite rankings, released his top 10 school list, which includes Florida State. The 6'4 329 lb. athlete will be on campus in Tallahassee this upcoming week from the Jimbo Fisher Football Camp. Alongside Florida State, Wilson has USC, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, UCLA, Texas A&M, Texas, Alabama and LSU as the other final nine schools. The 'Noles were one of the first teams to jump on the top recruit, giving him an offer over a year ago in March of 2015.
The Episcopal High School student from Bellaire (Tx.) has visited Florida State before, coming in on junior day of this year, and left the facility that day raving about the coaching staff while saying he was very high on FSU. Wilson also revealed that he would use one of his official visits on Florida State when the time comes. Following the 2017 season, the defensive lineman will participate in the Army All-America Bowl. Scouts have praised him for his footwork ability despite his huge size.
