5-star recruit Stanford Samuels III, former FSU star father debate: who was/is better?

A famous father and son FSU duo compare their games.

W got to shoot a fun video with new five-star Florida State commitment Stanford Samuels III.  Samuels plays for Pembroke Pines (Fla.) Flanagan High School. He is one of the truly elite corners in the country. He is also a legacy recruit as his father played for Florida State and then multiple years in California. Samuels Jr. is his coach at Flanagan, and the III credits him for developing his advanced technique thanks to dogged coaching.

So it was only natural then that we asked the pair to scout each other's game and compare them.

Who is/was faster? Who had better technique? Bigger hitter? Better tackler? All of those questions are asked and answered in the video.

Plus, we ask Jr. what legendary defensive coordinator Mickey Andrews would say about Samuels III game and how he would have been coached back in the day.

Ultimately, the pair agrees that one is definitely better than the other at the same stage in their careers.
