Football:

In case you’ve been under a rock since Saturday and haven’t heard; Texas A&M has fired Kevin Sumlin & is targeting Jimbo Fisher to fill its vacant coaching position.

The Florida Gators have hired Dan Mullen to succeed Jim Mcelwain. That’s the best Gator fans can hope for lately because Florida State ended their season on Saturday.

The ACC didn’t quite sweep the SEC during rivalry weekend but they continue to dominate their inter-conference rivals:

Levonta Taylor’s scouting report should come with a ‘Avoid if possible’ label lately:

Very little surprise as to whom got the first crack at the Gator head this year:

ESPN thinks that Florida State will be facing one of two Pac-12 teams to fire their coach this weekend in a bowl game. Meanwhile Miami might be facing an angry Alabama team if the Tide don’t make the playoff.

Florida State is still in the bottom of ESPN’s ACC Power Rankings but no longer in the double digits.

Tennessee hired Greg Schiano, fan rioted, and he’s no longer hired. Tennessee’s coaching situation is wild! Just another reason why that job isn’t as good as its fans would like to think it is.

Recruiting:

Top 100 2019 OL Wanya Morris has decommitted from FSU:

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him rejoin the class once FSU’s coaching situation gets worked out.

Oregon WR commit Warren Thompson will take an official visit to FSU in January (VIP).
