Florida State Jimbo Fisher press conference updates: ULM

Let’s cut to the chase — There have been many rumors floating around recently regarding Jimbo Fisher’s future at Florida State. Fisher made his weekly radio hit on the local Jeff Cameron Show on Monday and was once again asked about his future in Tallahassee. Here’s the latest on what we know.

If Fisher does ultimately leave Tallahassee, the FSU position would instantly become the best job on the market. If that happens, the Seminoles must be prepared.

The topic will almost surely be brought up once again at Monday’s press conference which will begin at 1 PM EST.

Besides the rumors, Florida State is in the midst of qualifying for its 36th consecutive bowl game. A win on Saturday vs. ULM would give the Seminoles that all important sixth win on the season, clinching its spot in a bowl.
