Florida State commits and targets in action.

NCAA Football: Clemson at Florida State Melina Vastola-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome back to another week of updates on Florida State commits and targets’ performances in the past week’s games.

Cornerback, Anthony Lytton, is Florida State’s top recruit for the 2018 class. Last week, Lytton scored a touchdown in his team’s victory, this week he recorded an interception in Dr. Henry Wise’s 39-6 win over DuVal.

One of the most consistent commitments for Florida State in the 2018 class has been Jashaun Corbin. The running back commit has played all over the field for Rockledge. This past week, Corbin had a 52 yard rushing touchdown in the 4th quarter to help force overtime. Rockledge ended up winning 20-17 over Cocoa.

Marquez Ezzard, Florida State’s top wide receiver commit for 2018, has been putting up big numbers and making big plays all season. Ezzard had only two catches in Stockbridge’s 42-9 blowout of Union Grove. But they were big catches, as he had 106 total receiving yards to go with one receiving touchdown in the win.

And finally, a commit and a target for the 2019 class, teammates Jalen Curry and Grant Gunnell. Curry, a Florida State commit, had 75 yards receiving and three touchdown receptions. Gunnell, a Florida State target, threw for 272 yards and seven touchdowns in St. Pius X’s route of Kelly Catholic.

That’s it for this week. If you know of any other information, let us know in the comments. Keep checking back each week for updates on #Tribe18 and the future.
