Miami calls its recruiting class, Storm18, the real storm is in Tallahassee, Florida and his name is Derwin James.

Recruiting:

In case you missed it; 5-star Corner-back, Anthony Lytton Jr., has committed to FSU; while former 4-star FSU commitment Isaiah Bolden has flipped to Oregon.

There’s a new tight-end on the 2018 recruiting board:

One of the top wide receivers on FSU’s board has reduced his list and FSU made the cut:

5-star 2019 linebacker, Owen Pappoe; took a visit to FSU this weekend.

“The best part of the visit was meeting with coach Fisher,” Pappoe told Noles247 after the visit ended. “He told me that they're gonna recruit me hard and that he's not gonna pressure me to commit and also that he believes they are the best fit for me.”

Pappoe was last on campus in February. This time he brought his mom with him on the visit.

“I wanted her to come out here and experience it for herself and she told me she loved it a lot.”

Other Sports:

FSU dropped the rubber match to Virginia in the latest edition of 3 up, 3 down.

Thanks to the selection of the best running back in FSU history; many pundits are giving the Minnesota Vikings an ‘A’ for their efforts this past weekend.

Dalvin Cook fits well in Pat Shurmur’s west coast offense; so it’s no surprise that ESPN is calling that pick the best move of the Vikings draft.

Former FSU offensive lineman Roderick Johnson is excited about the chance to reunite with former Seminole Cam Erving.
