FSU in the ACC Baseball Tournament: 1PM First Pitch and Open Thread

The Seminoles play the first of two pool play games today against Notre Dame.

With a “sweep” of Louisville last weekend the Noles secured a postseason spot and finished the regular season on a high note. They look to carry that momentum as they remain in Louisville for the ACC Tournament and it’s new pool play format. Their first game is today against Notre Dame, a team that the Noles swept in late March and again on Friday against Louisville.

Freshman Drew Parrish will start for the Seminoles, he threw a complete game against the Irish earlier this season. Notre Dame will counter with Brad Bass who has moved into the Friday role after starting the season in the Sunday position. The junior allowed 3 runs over 7 innings in the first meeting this season.

First pitch is at 1PM with North Carolina vs Boston College scheduled 30 minutes after the conclusion of the previous game and Wake Forest vs Georgia Tech slated for scheduled 60 minutes after the conclusion of the previous game.

All games can be viewed on the WatchESPN app.
