After winning its Super Regional on Sunday night by pounding Sam Houston State 19-0, Florida State will be heading to its 22nd College World Series in school history. The Seminoles will stat things off in Omaha against the LSU Tigers on Saturday at 8 P.M. EST on ESPN.

LSU comes into the College World Series as the No. 4 national seed, fresh off a Super Regional sweep of their own against Mississippi State. All-time, Florida State has played LSU three times in Omaha, with FSU holding a 2-1 record. The last time the teams met was in the 2000 College World Series with LSU coming away with a 3-6 victory.

With its first game set for Saturday, FSU will play its second game in Omaha on Monday. The starting time and opponent for that game will depend on the results of Oregon State and Cal State Fullerton’s game earlier on Saturday.
