FSU baseball game thread: UCF, Saturday 12 PM

The Seminoles will be fighting for their postseason lives Saturday afternoon against the Knights.

The Florida State baseball team has little time to regroup from last night’s shocking loss to Tennessee Tech as the Seminoles (39-21) are back in action Saturday afternoon for an elimination game with No. 2 seed UCF, which lost to third-seeded Auburn on Friday.

The pitching matchup on Saturday will be between two red-hot players on the mound. FSU’s Tyler Holton enters having surrendered only two earned runs over the last 25 innings while UCF’s Chris Williams has allowed just one run over the last 21 innings.
