On Saturday, the Florida State baseball team ran away with a 6-1 victory over No. 2 seed UCF to bounce back from Friday’s disappointing showing against Tennessee Tech and stay alive in the NCAA Tournament.
Sunday provides a chance for redemption as the Seminoles (40-21) will once again be going up against the Golden Eagles, who lost to Auburn 5-3 Saturday night. First pitch is set for 1 PM.
For FSU, Friday starter Cole Sands will take the hill. Tennessee Tech will counter with Evan Fraliex in the elimination game between the two teams.
