Florida State (5-6, 3-5 ACC) needs one more win to qualify for a bowl game. The last obstacle standing in their way to extend the NCAA’s longest consecutive bowl streak is their state rival, the Florida Gators (8-3, 5-3 SEC). FSU is coming off a thrilling 22-21 win against the Boston College Eagles.
The Gators are ranked 11th and currently favored to win, but they haven’t beaten the Seminoles in Tallahassee since 2012 and have dropped five straight to FSU. Despite the five-year run Florida still leads the all-time series 34-26-2.
