The Seminoles were able to fend off a push by Michigan for the Savannah, Georgia native who is the 14th ranked outside linebacker in the nation and the 27th ranked player in the state according to 247Sports.
DeLoach is an all-around elite athlete that played both sides of the ball in high school. One look at his tape shows that he is a hard-hitter that will bring a much-needed physicality to the FSU Defense. He shows great ability to shed blocks and blow up plays in the backfield while maintaining good gap discipline, making him a natural run-stopper that can contribute to this defense from day one.
