As always, questions are unedited.

-A lot of people wanted to know if we agree with Matt Minnick’s article on FSU exceeding expectations already, and what our expectations were for FSU basketball.

CFB Recruiting & Football

  • Lots of questions about new recruit Travis Jay
  • Kayvaughn Thibidoux is coming this weekend.
  • Lance Wilhoite, Tennessee WR
  • Mohamoud Diabate, Auburn Ala LB
  • Jaylin Simpson and Jashawn Sheffield (Georgia kids)
  • Which WRs would be takes right now?
  • Taisun and Howell visiting
  • Some questions about bag men.

We interrupt the show to answer a baseball question!

Q: How much does losing Tyler Holten dampen your expectations for FSU baseball this year? What can this team still achieve?

More football/recruiting

Q: Question as intriguing as Louisiana Hot Sauce on goat cheese topped on gauc. Had Jimbo stayed on at FSU with minimal changes to staff....where would FSU 18 class finished?

Q: It was mentioned that avg 2nd year classes jump 9-pointish rank spots (9.6 IIRC?) from the inaugural class. As Rivals had FSUs class ranked 11th, a jump 10 spots to #1 would be wild. REALISTICALLY, what kind of line would you guys draw? Top 5? Top 3?

Q: With all the prolific FSU Alumni re-emerging, it begs the question... how cold was Jimbo to former players? Was it his personality or was it more about controlling the program?

Q: Love the show guys. Is it fair to say Miami missed a huge opportunity this recruiting cycle? Mac gets fired half way through the season, Jimbo and co for all intensive purposes stopped recruiting in September, yet despite this they couldn’t ‘lap’ the other fl schools in recruiting or even pull a top 5 class while being located in South Florida. If Richt couldn’t pull this off After all that went down this past season, isn’t it fair to ask if he ever will?
