Football:

Florida State’s new offense should be exciting, fast-paced, and relentless but in Week 1 Virginia Tech might give them fits.

It’s never too early discuss the best value bets in college football this fall.

Expect Willie Taggart to be the opposite of Jimbo’s antiquated fourth-down approach:

We’ve got game times for Virginia Tech, Samford, and Syracuse. Underrated feature of a noon road game? A full day of rest.

FSU’s QB room just got another body as the brother of four-star WR/TE signee Camren Mcdonald will walk-on and play quarterback at Florida State.

It’s a big off-season for George Campbell and he’s ready for it.

Nothing like a little bonding between linebacker and coach:

Recruiting:

Quashon Fuller is a four-star defensive end committed to Florida State but he also still has a top ten? Ok.

2020 & Top 50 nationally wide receiver Rakim Jarrett says that FSU has always been his favorite (VIP).

3-star 2019 Tight end Erick All has been offered by Florida State:

FSU continues to make progress with four-star offensive tackle Evan Neal (VIP).

Neal has gone through a transformation of sorts. Entering the offseason he was closing in on 400 pounds, but hard work and a strict diet has him down to about 360 and he’s not done yet. Neal hopes to weigh 335-340 by the start of his senior season.

Neal thinks he’ll take a few trips this summer but as of now nothing is scheduled. Neal doesn’t name any favorites, he’s just taking recruiting one day at a time, however, FSU is one of the teams he speaks with regularly.

“I talk to all the coaches there,” Neal said. “It is going pretty well with them. I like Florida State.”

FSU signed Neal’s cousin, Chaz, in 2018. While Chaz talks to Evan about recruiting, he’s not pressuring him to go to FSU.

“He’s not really [in my ear about it] because he understands that it is my decision,” Evan said of Chaz. “He wants me to make the best decision for me.”

Other Sports:

FSU Softball is headed to the Super Regionals; they’re looking for revenge against LSU.

The pools are set for ACC tournament play:

Alumni:

Did you ever think you’d see Lamarcus Joyner & Eddie McMillan in the same room together?

Congratulations on your engagement, Jameis Winston.
