Who’s the best team in ACC history?

NCAA Football: Florida State at Clemson The Greenville News-USA TODAY Sports

CBS Sports chose the best team from each program in ACC history; squads like 2013 FSU, 2001 Miami, & 2016 Clemson were among those chosen. Which do you think was the best ever?

Six first-year SEC coaches have their hands full.

Demarcus Christmas is one of the 50 most underrated players in the country.

Christmas passed on the NFL for another season in Tallahassee, and his return to the interior of the line is huge for Florida State’s defense after the departure of Derrick Nnadi. Christmas has improved over the last three seasons, posting his best year in a Seminole uniform in 2017 by recording 4.5 tackles for a loss and 36 overall stops

The best conference in football is the SEC or maybe the big ten or maybe the ACC.’s Lance Zeirlein has Nyqwan Murray (Noonie) as one of his ten wide receivers to watch this fall.

Murray has some of the most natural receiving talent of any player on this list. He has excellent ball skills, a good feel for space, the toughness to catch through contact and very reliable hands. The senior needs to improve his skill level and focus as a route runner to unlock his full potential. If the Seminoles can get more consistent quarterback play this season, Murray should put together a strong 2018.

Marvin Wilson is No.16 in 247’s 40 most important players of 2018; the slimmed down big man is ready to make the sophomore leap.

ESPN ranked the top 25 pro-producing schools across all sports; FSU checks in at No. 13.

There’s a new target on FSU’s wide receiver board by the form of top 50 national wide receiver Kyle Ford. He expressed interest in FSU at The Opening and a scholarship offer promptly followed.

There were four FSU commits at The Opening, five-star Akeem Dent, four-star Sam Howell, four-star Quashon Fuller, and three-star Renardo Green. 247Sports’ Steve Wiltfong and Barton Simmons gave their thoughts on how each one of them performed over the event.
