During the last open practice of the week, the media had the opportunity to hear from DC Harlon Barnett, DB Stanford Samuels III, DE Brian Burns, and LB Dontavious Jackson before practice. Tomorrow, HC Willie Taggart will be made available in the morning despite practice being closed.
The team started of their day with the Nole Drill once again today. However, the energy was much higher than it was yesterday and the offensive players appeared to win more reps and practice with more confidence this morning.

Injured/Reserved
OL, Christian Meadows was at practice, but still wearing a sling.
OL Landon Dickerson was still absent from practice today. He is still recovering from an ankle injury.
OL Derrick Kelly was also absent again today. Taggart did not specify what injury Kelly was dealing with, but he will not be playing in the game on Saturday.
RB Khalan Laborn had surgery on his knee on Friday that uncovered more damage. HIs injury was season-ending and he will be back next year.

The defensive backs worked on quickly changing their direction and catching passes. Most of them were unable to bring the ball in which lead to two players to stand out above the rest. Hamsah Nasrildeen was one of the two who flashed during practice and received praise from the coaches. He looked to be at full capacity and was no longer sporting a non-contact jersey today. Stanford Samuels III was the other player that stood out during position drills. He showed off his athleticism today as he attacked every rep and caught all of the passes thrown in his direction.
