Football:

Florida State defensive coordinator Harlon Barnett said the staff’s been backing off a bit in practice to let players coach themselves, and it’s already paid dividends. See his full interview here, along with Stanford Samuels III and Marvin Wilson.

Jarren Williams will have the opportunity to lost to two in-state rivals, as he’ll get the starting nod at quarterback for Miami this week.

The No. 10 Florida State will wrap up the regular season and ACC play with a top 10 showdown vs. No. 9 Duke. It’s also senior night for Carolina Jeffers and Deyna Castellanos. The game will be broadcast on ACC Network, and kicks off at 8 p.m.
