Throughout the season, those of you registered for our FanPulse voting have been weighing in on your confidence in the direction of the Seminole football program. After Saturday’s loss, that confidence took another nosedive. It’s worth noting that the most recent numbers came in after the firing of Willie Taggart had been announced.

Week 1: 43%

Week 2: 8%

Week 3: 32%

Week 4: 63%

Week 5: 83%

Week 6: 79%

Week 7: 68%

Week 8: 13%

Week 9: 54%

Week 10: 10%

On the other hand, Florida State fans’ confidence in the direction of the basketball program is nearly unanimous, at 99%. In-state rivals Florida (92%) and Miami (87%) come in below the ’Noles. Several ACC squads are polling higher than FSU hoops— those with fanbases at 100% confidence: Duke, Virginia, North Carolina, NC State, Louisville, Syracuse, and tonight’s season-opening opponent for the ’Noles, Pitt.
